Automotive Facility
Louisville, KY

Unload, Set, Level, and Align (4) 2500 ton LS Mitron Injection Mold Machines.  Project consisted of unloading machinery outside, uncrating the equipment, relocating to the installation site, cleaning, assembly, and alignment of all components.  The heaviest piece on this machine weighed 85,000 pounds.  Also the setting of the robot, mag plate and all platforms were part of the scope.  Project was completed on time and under budget. 

Chemical Facility
Louisville, KY

Project required the installation and setting of (5) 30,000 pound tanks for a bulk mixing operation.  Also included in this project were all the skids, pumps, agitators, and motors for the chemical mixing operation.  JW Services also was the General Contractor on this project performing all the floor-wall removal and replacement to accommodate the new operation. Installation of new fire rated doors, and roof repairs to make the room meet local fire codes.  Project was successfully completed and the client is currently operating the system. 

Food Grade Facility
Shepardsville, KY 

Project required the removal and installation of a Thermoforming system that make high quality food grade bowls.  All work was completed during normal work hours.  Our manpower had to remove the existing system from the plant and load onto trucks we supplied so the equipment could be shipped to Connecticut.  Once the area was cleared, trucks arrived with the new system which also had to be installed during normal work hours.  All work was completed ahead of schedule allowing the customer to get back into production earlier than expected.  We currently work at this facility on a daily basis, projects range from contract relocations, to scheduled maintenance work.  

Material Handling Facility
Atlanta, GA

Unload, set, level, and align (1) 3000' sortation system.  Project consisted of unloading oversea containers, uncrating, and installing 3000' of conveyor, 350 chutes, mezzanines, and diverters for the shipping sortation system.  All work was completed per the schedule with the total project lasting (4) months.  The project was completed with 100% JW Services full time tradesmen.  

Automotive Facility
Shepardsville, KY 

Transport, unload, set, level and align a seat storing system and foam production line.  All equipment was transported on JW Services flatbeds from the equipment manufacturer to the automotive production plant .  The coordination between all participants was completed by JW Services.  Once the equipment was on site JW Services manpower unload and set the equipment with the assistance of the equipment manufacturer representative.  Project was completed on schedule and plant began operation on time.  We have continued to work with both customers on this project with great success.
